Every vegan dreams of a eating a good meal, but for the adventurous ones like me, eating a well prepared meal isn’t enough; I also dream of the pleasures that comes with cooking such meals - the joy and soothing that comes from chopping and slicing fruits and vegetables, and from preparing dishes with just the right texture and taste. I dream of inviting friends to sample my meals, and to have them compliment on my culinary skills. But these are just dreams; my reality and that of countless other vegans are completely different.

We invest our time and lives in careers and other pursuits that leave us with barely enough time to eat. Cooking is almost impossible!!!
